U.S. Privacy Policy

The Oxford Princeton Programme Inc., ("The Oxford Princeton Programme", "we", or "us") shares your concern about the protection of your personal information online.

The purpose of this privacy policy (the "Policy") is to help you understand what kinds of personally identifiable information we may gather about you when you visit our website located at www.oxfordprinceton.com and related subdomains (the "Site"), how we may use that information, whether we will disclose it, and how you can correct it. If in any instance we intend to use any information collected from visitors in a manner that would conflict with the terms of the Policy, we will provide additional notice which will govern any information so collected. As set forth below, this Policy describes only our U.S. information collection practices.

By using the Site, you signify your agreement with this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you should not use the Site. The Personal Information We Collect. The Site includes both public areas, open to all visitors, and private areas that are open only to those who choose to register. In addition, users can sign up on the Site to request newsletters and other information from The Oxford Princeton Programme.

We ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information when registering to use private areas of the Site. Such information may include, for example, your name and email address. We also collect the personal information that you provide voluntarily for other purposes, such as when you request The Oxford Princeton Programme's newsletter. Personally identifiable information that we collect does not include information pertaining solely to corporations or other business entities, such as, for example, a company's address, from which individuals cannot be identified. How We Use the Personal Information that We Collect. The Oxford Princeton Programme uses personally identifiable information for the purpose for which you supplied it to us, in other ways for which you have given us permission, and as permitted by law. For example, if you provide your email address in connection with a request for information, we will use your email address to send the requested information to you.

The Oxford Princeton Programme does not sell, lease, share, or otherwise disclose any of your personally identifiable information to third parties, unless you have given us permission to do so, or as described below. When you provide personally identifiable information on the Site, you may be given the choice to "opt out" of receiving information or promotional materials from The Oxford Princeton Programme, or from other companies. The Oxford Princeton Programme reserves the right to release information concerning any visitor when that visitor is in violation of any published guidelines for the use of the Site, or participates (or is suspected of participating) in any illegal or potentially illegal activity. The Oxford Princeton Programme also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information to comply with applicable law, in response to civil subpoenas or discovery requests, to protect other visitors of the Site, or to respond to an emergency. The Oxford Princeton Programme may disclose personally identifiable information to our contractors, consultants, or professional advisors, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, and only under reasonable confidentiality restrictions. Finally, in the event that we sell or transfer assets related to the Site, or to one of our businesses or divisions, to a third party, we reserve the right to transfer any and all information associated with the Site and/or the business or division to such third party.

Leaving the Site. The Oxford Princeton Programme may provide links on the Site that will take you to third party websites. Please note that third parties may collect information about you, through cookies or other technologies, when you link to their websites. You acknowledge that we do not monitor, endorse or control the information collection or privacy practices of these or any other third parties. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of such third parties to understand how they collect and use information.

Security. We use reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor that information that you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information. If your personally identifiable information changes, you may correct or update it by emailing a request to revise your information to info@oxfordprinceton.com. Keep in mind that there will be residual information within our databases, access logs and other records, which may contain the personally identifiable information that you first provided.

In the event that you change your mind about receiving any recurring information from The Oxford Princeton Programme, such as newsletters or marketing information, you may opt out of these choices at any time by following the instructions that are included with such mailings, or by sending an email to .
