Course Summary

This course examines how market participants apply theories of technical analysis to various trading timeframes through the presentation of advanced material and a series of interactive workshops. The timeframes covered include day trading and swing trading through a study of 5, 30, 60-minute and daily charts; also position trading through an examination of daily, weekly and monthly charts.

8 CPE credits awarded for this course.

Delivery Method: Group-Live

Please note: a laptop and up-to-date version of Microsoft Excel software is required in order to engage in market data (Excel 2003 or above).

Who Should Attend?

This one-day workshop is perfect for anyone interested in price forecasting techniques and price risk management using technical analysis. This programme deals with many different commodities.

Prerequisites

Princeton Energy Programme’s Fundamentals of Technical Analysis in the Energy Markets or equivalent experience.

Pre-classroom Study

This workshop has a specific web-based course which is recommended as pre-classroom study. Upon registering for the workshop delegates will receive details of how to access the web-based course. Access to the web-based course is included in the price of the classroom course. To optimize your classroom experience, it is recommended you take the appropriate online study as close to the classroom date as possible. The recommended pre-classroom study for this workshop is Back to the Futures (BTF).
