The Oxford Princeton Programme Announces Emissions Trading Course to Debut
in Central and Eastern Europe (Prague; May 2008)
PRINCETON, NJ - February, 2008:
The Oxford Princeton Programme, the world's leading provider of education and
training solutions to the energy, commodity and derivatives markets, is pleased
to announce, for the first time in Central and Eastern Europe, its forthcoming
workshop:
Understanding Emissions Trading (EM)
13 May 2008
Prague, Czech Republic
Delegates will be provided with an overview of primary global emissions, key
emissions trading activities and initiatives, and how emissions trading
programmes serve to facilitate environmentally acceptable and cost effective
solutions for clean air. Expect to experience a dynamic mix of lecture, case
studies, and trading simulations.
"Intense interest in the regulations and protocols at the national, EU and
global fronts makes Prague an ideal setting for this educational event," says
Jobert Abueva, Global Marketing Director, The Oxford Princeton Programme. "We
are committed to offer cutting-edge learning content to a fast-changing
emissions landscape."
This introductory course is perfect for new, or newly assigned management and
staff of trading and operations, risk management, and accounting and
credit/finance. Due to the broad treatment of this important topic, it is also
excellent for the management and staff of Marketing, Computer Services (IT),
Manufacturing (operations-engineers) and Legal and Tax groups. The subject
matter of this course impacts everyone, both from both a personal and corporate
standpoint.
