Clara Lippert Glenn, President and CEO of The Oxford Princeton Programme,
created Princeton Energy Programme in 1992 and PrincetonLive.com in 1999.
In 2000 she engineered the merger with The College of Petroleum and Energy
Studies, forming The Oxford Princeton Programme, of which she is President. She
has provided the vision and leadership behind The Oxford Princeton Programme's
innovative and successful approach to interactive professional education,
building it into the global leading provider of energy education. She has a
master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of
International Management (Thunderbird), after which she began her career in
energy commodity trading at Amerada Hess. During her time at Amerada Hess, and
later Total CFP, she came to appreciate the lack of industry training for those
in and around commodity trading and operations groups.

Jobert E. Abueva, Director, Global Marketing, began his career in the buying
offices of The May Company and Macy's. He spent many years at the Clairol
Division of Bristol-Myers Squibb where he led product launches as Senior
Manager, Emerging Markets, into Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, Turkey and
China and later, as Marketing Director, Asia/Pacific. He has also been a
business journalist for The New York Times, Philadelphia Business Journal and
Newsweek (Japan) and most recently launched Monkey Hill, a home and gift retail
venture. Jobert graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor with a BA in
Economics and Asian Studies as well as from Columbia Business School with an MBA
in Marketing and Management.

Carlos Almodóvar, Chief Financial Officer, has a career spanning 30 years.
He has worked for National Syndications, Inc (NSI) where he was Director of
Finance and later served as interim CFO during the company’s reacquisition. He
has also been part of a management team backed by private equity groups charged
with the turnaround of distressed consumer product companies. The first was
Media Syndication Global (MSG) where he led financial and operational teams in
its integration efforts. He left as Vice President of Finance. In 2004, he moved
to Ronco, a well known marketing company specializing in infomercial TV sales,
selling kitchen aid products and accessories where he served through the due
diligence process on the acquisition and re-organization as Vice President of
Finance. Carlos earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a
concentration in Accounting from Baruch College in New York City.

Bethan Carter, Director of Global Operations,
began her career in training in 1998 as a Promotions Assistant for the British
Council. Further to this, she then worked for the Hartwell Training Academy as a
Training coordinator. Bethan joined The Oxford Princeton Programme in 2000 as
the Venue and Programme Coordinator becoming the Oxford Operations Manager in
2005. In 2006 Bethan's responsibilities increased to encompass global
responsibility for operations and programme management. Bethan attended Swansea
University in Wales with a Higher National Diploma in Business.

Lesley Rigg, Sales Director – Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific,
Latin America, began her career in training in 1988 when she worked for UK
based clothing retailer Dorothy Perkins as a Training Co-ordinator. Following
her return to education, BA in History and MA in Disability Studies at
Sheffield University, Lesley became responsible for the education of
Sheffield University Medical School students in the first and third clinical
years of their basic training (500 students). Lesley joined The College of
Petroleum and Energy Studies in 1999, and became Sales Manager in 2001. Since
then she has relished the challenge to provide training solutions to
companies and individuals throughout the world, adapting her training
background to the energy and derivatives industry.

Matthew C. Stawicki, Sales Manager – North America , is a veteran sales
and management professional. He spent several years at Marshall & Swift, the
largest North American provider of building cost data to the insurance,
government, real estate and construction markets, where he progressed from
telemarketer to become Inside Sales Supervisor, Client Services Manager,
Director of Education and finally, Director, Key Accounts. He most recently was
Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Jungle Lasers LLC, a provider
of web-based Enterprise software and processes geared towards the public sector.
He is also a former teacher at Hightstown High School. Matt holds a BS in
Special Education from Trenton State College.
